This building was once home to the Hoeffler Ice Cream Company (1890s), Marine Bank (1920s), and more recently the live/work space of Jack Drummer, a local artist with work in the Albright Knox .
This building is now owned by John Pantalena and David Wagner from City Light Realty. As a supportive partner of City Light we share their excitement to help restore this West Side icon.
