Buffalo Renovators is known for their exceptional first floor remodels which typically consists of removing load bearing walls for our spectacular Kitchens. We are also well known for our Basement and Bathroom Remodels. All our work will be completed in a high end meticulous fashion. There is no use of stock photos on our website. All work shown is 100% our work. We are the real deal! Our exceptional customer service and ability to deliver has solidified our brand in WNY. Our process, planning and partnerships ensure a timely execution for any project.
As you proceed to completing the intake form we request you provide as much information as possible. We ask for pictures, with inspirational pictures which can be easily located on Google Images, Pinterest, Houzz…
After the form is submitted we will review the information sent, and set up a phone call or a virtual meeting to discuss a scope of work and determine a rough budget and vision. We will respond as soon as possible. However, in some occasions it make take up to 10 business day for us to respond and offer Free Virtual Meetings.
Larger projects we will require an onsite meeting. This meeting is typically with your Buffalo Renovators Project Manager and one of our Lead Designers. It can include one of our Architects/Engineers, Electricians, HVAC and Plumbers if needed. There may be a nominal commitment/consultation fee for this coordinated onsite meeting (fees are credited if we move forward with a contract).
Often our clients vision will change drastically during the exploration process. After a project plan is set, designer(s) are selected and materials is ready to be ordered we will provide you with a more accurate quote. As you select your scope of work category we have included suggested budgetary expectations based on our average remodel through the current year.
Start dates are scheduled after material lead time are provided and contract are signed. Please do you you research! Make sure you have the best contractor in the business!
